Contractor engagements range from $1,000–$3,000 per month. For permanent placements, we charge 15%–25% of the annual salary, depending on seniority (Junior Engineer through CTO).
Contractor or full-time employee?
Flexible. You can hire the engineer directly as an employee, or we can engage them as a contractor through us — whichever structure suits your legal and operational setup.
Is time zone overlap available?
Yes. We ensure every placed engineer has sufficient working-hours overlap with your team before finalizing the match.
